Terms and Conditions – Slots PK Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using the Slots PK platform at slotspk.run, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Slots PK.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the Slots PK platform in any way. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with Slots PK and should be read together with this document.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use Slots PK you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Slots PK is strictly for adults only — we do not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be the person whose name and details are used during registration. Creating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gaming or betting services under the laws applicable to you.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement — you are of sound mind and not acting under undue influence.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration and keep it updated throughout your use of the platform.

Slots PK reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including but not limited to CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal holds.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Slots PK. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered in the names of family members at the same address with the intent of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing limits — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and bonuses voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Slots PK will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, contact support immediately at support@slotspk.run.

• Registration requires a valid Pakistani mobile number and password. OTP verification is mandatory at sign-up.
• Your account details — including registered mobile number, payment method and personal information — must accurately reflect your own identity at all times.
• You may not share, sell, transfer or assign your Slots PK account to any other person.
• Accounts found to be involved in bonus abuse, chip dumping, collusion or any other fraudulent activity will be suspended without notice and any balance may be forfeited.
• Slots PK reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion.

4. Deposits & Payments

All transactions on Slots PK are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees — Rs 1,000 deposited is Rs 1,000 credited to your account.

Slots PK currently accepts the following deposit methods:

• Easypaisa — instant credit, minimum Rs 500
• JazzCash — instant credit, minimum Rs 500
• NayaPay — instant credit, minimum Rs 500
• SadaPay — instant credit, minimum Rs 500
• IBFT Bank Transfer — credited within 1–2 business hours after confirmation, minimum Rs 1,000
• Visa / Mastercard Debit Card — processed by third-party gateway, minimum Rs 1,000

Slots PK does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your own name. Attempting to deposit using another person's account or card may result in immediate account suspension. All deposits are subject to anti-money laundering screening. Slots PK reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for large or unusual deposit patterns.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from Slots PK are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not negotiable for standard accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay).
• Minimum withdrawal for IBFT bank transfer is Rs 1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash is within 30 minutes for fully verified accounts. IBFT transfers typically process within 1–4 business hours.
• Accounts must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of CNIC and may require proof of payment method ownership.
• Slots PK reserves the right to apply a security hold of up to 48 hours on any withdrawal for enhanced verification. You will be notified if this applies to your request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until the requirement is fully satisfied.
• VIP Gold members and above receive priority withdrawal processing as a membership benefit.

Slots PK does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party payment processing fees applied by Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank are outside our control and Slots PK is not responsible for any such charges.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Slots PK offers a range of bonus promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, reload bonuses and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion operates under its own specific terms, which are communicated at the point of offer. The following general rules apply to all Slots PK bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses will be voided.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before the funds can be withdrawn as cash. Requirements range from 10x to 40x depending on the promotion — the specific requirement is displayed on each offer page.
• Wagering on Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and slots typically contributes 100% towards the wagering requirement. Blackjack, baccarat and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%). The contribution percentage for each game is listed in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money funds. If you have both a bonus balance and a real-money balance, the bonus portion is staked first.
• Slots PK reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus will have a reasonable period to meet the wagering requirement under the original terms.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies, co-ordinated play, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses are only available to players who make genuine recreational use of the platform. Players who only deposit when a bonus is available, or who withdraw immediately after meeting the minimum wagering requirement, may have future bonus eligibility restricted.

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games on Slots PK — including slots, blackjack, baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, poker variants and live casino titles — use certified random number generation (RNG) software for RNG games and real human dealers for live casino products. The RTP (return to player) percentage for each game is published in the game information panel and represents the expected return over millions of simulated rounds.

• Game outcomes are final once the result is determined by the RNG or live dealer. Slots PK does not reverse completed game results except in cases of documented software malfunction.
• In the event of a demonstrable software error that affects a game outcome, Slots PK reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake. Winnings generated from a software malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnections during a live game are governed by the rules of the specific game provider. Most games will place you in a default action (stand, fold or check) if you disconnect. Slots PK is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet connection or device.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed on the game interface. These limits apply at all times and cannot be overridden.
• Teen Patti, Andar Bahar and other card games are played according to standard rules as documented in the relevant section of the platform. Variant-specific rules are displayed before each game session.

8. Sports Betting & Esports Betting

Slots PK offers sports betting including PSL cricket, international cricket fixtures, and esports betting on CS2, Dota 2, Valorant and mobile titles. The following rules apply to all betting markets on the platform:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed — the final odds shown on your bet confirmation slip are the odds that apply.
• Bets on PSL and cricket matches are settled based on the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL). Weather interruptions, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes and abandoned matches are settled according to the rules displayed on the specific market.
• In-play (live) betting markets are suspended and settled based on the state of play at the time of suspension. Bets placed during a clearly observable factual event that has already occurred — but before the market is suspended — may be voided at Slots PK's discretion.
• Maximum payout per bet event is Rs 500,000 unless otherwise stated for specific markets or VIP accounts. Bets accepted in excess of this limit will be paid at the maximum payout amount only.
• Esports results are settled based on the official result published by the tournament organiser. Disputed match results will be held pending official resolution.
• Slots PK reserves the right to limit, refuse or void any bet at its discretion — particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, suspicious betting patterns or where market integrity is in question.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Slots PK. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and any outstanding balance may be voided:

• Creating multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) on the same device, IP address or household for any purpose
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with the platform
• Chip dumping, collusion or any form of coordinated play intended to defraud other players or the platform
• Exploiting or attempting to exploit software bugs, calculation errors or technical vulnerabilities
• Using a VPN or proxy to misrepresent your location for the purpose of circumventing restrictions
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity — all deposits are subject to anti-money laundering monitoring
• Sharing account access with another person — accounts are single-user only
• Placing bets on your behalf using an account registered in someone else's name
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at support staff or other players in any chat function

10. Responsible Gaming

Slots PK is committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools that are accessible from your account settings dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss limits — cap the maximum net loss in a defined time period
• Session time reminders — receive alerts after a set session duration
• Cool-off period — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days
• Self-exclusion — exclude yourself from the platform for a minimum of 6 months

Increasing deposit or loss limits requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the change takes effect. Reducing these limits takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period — this is intentional and for your protection.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Slots PK platform — including the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, images and software — is the intellectual property of Slots PK or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, broadcast, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Slots PK platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any Slots PK intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Slots PK's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

• Slots PK is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Slots PK is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or confidentiality of credentials.
• Slots PK is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside its reasonable control — including but not limited to internet outages, payment processor downtime, force majeure events or third-party software failures.
• Gambling inherently involves financial risk. By participating in any game or bet on Slots PK, you acknowledge and accept that risk fully.

14. Account Termination

You may close your Slots PK account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

Slots PK reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account — with or without prior notice — in cases of:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion or regulatory requirement
• Provision of false, incomplete or misleading registration information
• Evidence of under-age account use
• Behaviour that Slots PK reasonably deems harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players

In cases of account termination for breach, Slots PK reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. This will be communicated to the account holder directly.

15. Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your Slots PK account, please contact our support team in the first instance at support@slotspk.run. We aim to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receipt. Please include your registered mobile number, the nature of the dispute, relevant dates and any supporting documentation.

If a resolution cannot be reached through direct support, Slots PK will engage an independent review process. Decisions reached through this process are final and binding on both parties.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal process is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

Slots PK reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on file — typically by SMS or on-platform notification — at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by regulatory obligation or force majeure.

The current version of these terms is always available at slotspk.run/terms-conditions and is date-stamped at the top. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
